Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst within Trading Services, you serve as a vital resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders., You act as the liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring seamless trade execution & Your responsibilities include investigating inquiries, monitoring trade flows, and maintaining a strong understanding of trading platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end trade flow support globally
Monitor ongoing support needs and address gaps
Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
Ensure accurate and timely escalation of inquiries
Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office
Facilitate training for new application users
Collaborate to determine priorities and release schedules
Detail requirements for future enhancements and products
Investigate and resolve trade execution issues
Communicate solutions in person, by phone, and by email
Maintain fundamental understanding of trading platforms and systems
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Demonstrate minimum 2 years of financial industry experience
Hold a Bachelor's degree
Apply in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
Operate as a highly disciplined self-starter
Execute assignments independently and professionally
Exhibit attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively with all levels within the business
