handling trade finance operations

along with

client coordination and calling activities

to ensure smooth processing of transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in

processing and checking trade finance documents

such as Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and import/export bills. Make

outbound and inbound calls

to clients for follow-ups, document submissions, and transaction updates. Coordinate with

banks and internal departments

for timely completion of trade transactions. Maintain and update records of all trade-related documentation. Support in preparing

MIS reports

and transaction summaries. Resolve basic client queries professionally through

calls and emails

. Learn and apply basic concepts of

trade finance, compliance, and banking operations

.

Requirements:

12th pass or Graduate in

Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field

Freshers are welcome

- training will be provided. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn and grow in the banking & financial operations domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
