Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of
Agro commodities
(rice, pulses, grains, oilseeds, etc.) in international and domestic markets
Identify and develop new clients, buyers, and trading partners
Handle end-to-end sales cycle -- from lead generation, client meetings, negotiations to order finalization
Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and contracts
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
Collaborate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of trade deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of
proven sales experience
in
Agro commodities
(rice, pulses, grains mandatory)
Strong understanding of
export/import sales
, international trade, and agro commodity markets
Existing client base or network in
agro commodities
(especially rice) will be an added advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
