  • Specific/ mandatory skills: Basic knowledge of Banking, Trade life cycle, trade settlement, Good communication skills, Working knowledge of computer / excel / email
  • Experience range: 0-2 years
  • Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): Yes (preference would be given to experinced candidate)
  • Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No): No
  • Contract duration: 8 months
  • Shift timings: Night Shift / US Shift (6:30 PM / 7:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM / 4:30 AM IST)

He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in his/her absence and share best practices with the team.Your key responsibilities

  • Monitoring orders in Client Systems to ensure any exceptions are immediately addressed to avoid any price impact
  • Confirmations of Fixed Income trade with different Counter parties on daily basis
  • Instructing & communicating trades to various parties and ensuring all trades done for the day are posted in accounting and in market for settlement
  • Working on fails and unmatched trades report. Resolving breaks to ensure timely settlement.
  • Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business
  • Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives,
  • Timely response to all queries from Front office and other stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
  • Ensure he/she has assisted in creating proper backups through adequate cross training, within the department
  • Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle. Preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial products like Debt, Equity, Derivatives etc.
Your skills and experienceNeeds to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected.Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
