1. Business Partnering in every aspect of Trade and Revenue for actuals and forecasting (Budget and quarterly rolling forecasts cycles)- Critical position of Finance Performance team
Single point of contact for South Asia zone comprising India, Nepal, Sri Lanka/Maldives and Bangladesh (custodian for data and analysis)
Driving end to end and owner of "Integrated Business Planning" (i.e. monthly rolling forecast) process including analysis vs actuals/budgets and process improvements as per monthly timelines
Monthly Sales variance analysis including GTN (Gross to Net) @ Product Level, SISO (Sales-in & Sales-out), Compilation and various comparative analysis of the sales portfolio along with Sales Return Provision and Price Volume analysis etc. and reporting of the same to local and regional management with qualitative comments within due date
Developing and maintaining the internal data with various analysis for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders as per group requirement and local requirement accurately on monthly basis as per the internal timelines
Supporting HFP and the commercial team with various sales analysis on timely manner in order to help them to take timely decisions.
Yearly preparation of the Business - Commercial Policy and related compliance w.r.t. Internal control guidelines
Managing all above aspects for budgeting and forecasting process with active participation in review process with qualitative inputs on volume and value related analysis
Ensuring TM1 system (BOOST) is timely maintained with various masters and changes for all local and global requirements for actuals and budgeting process.
2. Audit requirements and execution of internal control policies, procedures applicable to two legal entities; one of which is a listed entity.
Ensure compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulation specifically w.r.t. the core activities responsible for and Immediately
highlighting every deviation from the core process to the Internal Control Department and functions responsible under this position
3. Pricing Related Compliances -
Managing and owner of end-to-end pricing processes and compliances
Managing ePricing tool for timely price increase updation on the basis of approved list on demand of IA/EM at the time of new eligible MRP
Managing DPCO, 2013 related compliances as applicable under the statute. Monitoring and tracking NPPA Govt site for pricing related regulations incl Form V (Monthly), Form II (Qtly), Form III (yearly)
Support in continuously improving process and ensuring compliance for pricing related regulation internally and externally
Monthly Special Pricing report verification (SAP Z100 condition)
Validation of quarterly pricing reporting in GPS (Global Pricing) tool
Ensuring appropriate price & GTN hypothesis is built in for every IBP cycle post discussion with relevant stakeholders (SC Team, Brand & Business Team)
4. Ad hoc requests and review preparations decks -
Should be able to manage and deliver ad-hoc requests promptly and accurately
Preparation and presentation to local and regional management various review decks i.e. sales review deck, monthly performance review, LT review deck etc.
About You:
Experience:
Overall, 7+ years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
CA or CMA or other equivalent finance professional qualification preferred
Should possess in-depth knowledge of DPCO, 2013 and related laws and regulations
Good understanding of SAP and MS Office - Power Point and Excel
Willingness to learn and adopt new digital ways of working and proficiency on digital reporting tools
Problem solving and analytical ability
Should have good interpersonal, stakeholder management (local management and regional/global) and communications skills
