Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Account Analyst to manage and reconcile internal trade accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Excel for day-to-day operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile internal trade accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Perform accounting-based reconciliations for trade-related entries.
Investigate and resolve trade breaks or mismatches across accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, compliance) for transaction validations.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal systems.
Assist in improving reconciliation processes using Excel tools and automation techniques.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and journal entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
