Job Description

About the Role:

Tracxn is looking for a PR Manager to develop and manage media relations and promote the company\'s brand. At Tracxn, we are deeply engaged with the journalist community and help them write best-in-class articles covering the dynamics of the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build & manage relationships with targeted journalists & media houses ( including foreign and regional media)

- Understand Tracxn\'s offering and find the target media people

- Write press releases, media announcements, interactions, and other PR copy

- Garner opportunities with media in print, broadcast, and online.

- Supervise all media interactions of senior leadership - press releases, one-on-ones, etc.

- Educate press, bloggers, analysts, and independent media about how Tracxn\'s data can help in their stories.

- Manage the PR agency on a day-to-day basis

- Continuous media monitoring and tracking

- On-time delivery of media requests and crisis management

Please apply if you have :

- 3-6 years of experience in PR / corporate communications

- Experience working with PR agencies or as an in-house PR

- Grasp over print, online and electronic media

- Strong knowledge of media trends and editorial activities

- Good understanding of and interest in the Startup ecosystem

- Strong creative writing, proof-reading, and editing skills
