Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated
Dealer Sales Representatives (DSR)
to manage and expand our dealer network for
tractor spare parts
. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned dealers regularly and generate orders for tractor spare parts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product penetration in assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth order dispatch.
Maintain records of sales visits, dealer performance, and stock requirements.
