We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tractor Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage dealer networks, and expand market presence in Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tractor/agriculture equipment sales with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly & annual tractor sales targets.
Build and maintain dealer & customer relationships.
Conduct field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Lead local sales operations ensuring revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in tractor/agriculture equipment sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage dealer networks and drive customer acquisition.
Local market knowledge of Bihar is preferred.
