Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and field officers. Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business channels in assigned territories. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to enhance sales strategies. Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and farmer engagement programs. Support dealers in increasing retail sales and ensure timely availability of tractors and spare parts. Maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and institutional buyers. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management. Ensure after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field. 5-8 years of experience in tractor or agricultural equipment sales (managerial experience preferred). Strong dealer management and rural marketing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region. Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
