Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Tractor & JCB Operator

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractor and JCB (backhoe loader) equipment safely and efficiently to support site operations while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate tractor and JCB for excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and backfilling work Transport materials, soil, and debris within the worksite Perform daily equipment inspections before and after use Carry out basic equipment maintenance and cleaning Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards Ensure safe operation around workers, utilities, and structures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Valid tractor and JCB operator license/certification (as per local regulations)

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience operating tractor and JCB machinery

Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices Ability to understand basic drawings and site instructions Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

Safety Requirements

Mandatory use of PPE at all times Strict adherence to company and site safety policies
