Content Manager

:
- We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Candidate who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically.

- Content manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks.

- Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

- Create and publish engaging content

- Will be closely working with YouTube Influencers/Curators & Leading the YouTube strategies

- Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts

- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency

- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.

- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

- Build followers on social media & Managing content calendar

- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.

- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.

- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.

- Promoting content & Optimizing content according to SEO

- Analyzing website traffic.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field

- Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics

- Experience with social media and marketing campaigns

- Proficiency with content management systems

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent knowledge of SEO

- Strong copywriting & creativity Skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement

- Strong leadership qualities.
