Summary:

This position is for the profile of shift Engineer of Tractor Assembly Line - Production.

Position Responsibility : AG Noida

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Supervising shift activities on shop floor
• Meeting daily production requirement- Plan Vs Actual
• Meeting daily Manufacturing index requirement- Plan Vs Actual
• Responsible for NPL (New Product Launch) at line
• Responsible for Safety Compliance at shop floor
• Responsible for Quality activities & adherence of ADPU, OKOL, CPA index
• Responsible for ensuring CQA/CPA audit in assy line
• Pokayoke adherence & New Pokayoke implementation to control Man/Method er
• To ensure no Rejection/ Scrap of Part due to Human Error
• To ensure daily clearance of Rejection from lines with proper analysis and Tags
• Knowledge & Compliance of Quality ISO 9001, Environment System ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Managing total shift manpower of tractor assy
• Should have good man management skill & industrial relation with team
• Should have Proficiency in MS Office
• Should have Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure

Work Relationship: -

Internal

Should be able to lead his team well. Should have his acceptance well within the Dept peers & seniors.

External

Should have Good repo with his peer group in Manufacturing areas.

Qualification, Age and Experience: -

Professional Qualification-

Graduation/ Diploma in Engineering.

Experience

10-12 yrs.

Age

28 -35 yrs.

Skills

• Deliver production results with no time loss ensuring Quality, Delivery & Safety.
• Needs to be able to train Apprentice manpower to deliver output with zero error.
• Should be able to root cause the failures & take sustainable countermeasures.
• Institutionalise various processes, systems, standards & discipline in the assy line.
• Needs to have leadership qualities to lead his team from front.
• Should have excellent repo with his team & peer group from related functions.
• Should have a quality eye. Should be complying to statutory & legal requirements.
• Should have fair idea about all tractor function, Assy processes
• Capability building of his team by creating a conducive environment and providing the best possible developmental inputs by leveraging HR & ER
