Job Title: Tracking & POD Validation Associate (Canada Process)

Location:

Remote (India-based, supporting Canada operations)

Shift Timing:

As per Canadian time zones

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year

in logistics/trucking operations, preferably with

Canada-based tracking systems

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in tracking/logistics operations Strong

English verbal communication skills

Hands-on experience with

Motive/KeepTruckin

or similar tracking tools used in Canada Proficiency in

Excel

and report generation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:Tracking & Monitoring:

Review daily attendance sheets to monitor driver clock-in/out times. Track driver movements using

Motive/KeepTruckin

to ensure route compliance. Investigate idle times (15-20 minutes) by coordinating with dispatch and contacting drivers. Monitor safety violations and triggered videos in Motive/KeepTruckin. Maintain a daily Excel sheet of violations and send a recap to the Safety Manager. Add comments to driver violation videos for internal documentation. Prepare a

"Time Waste" report

for upper management.

POD (Proof of Delivery) Verification:

Verify PODs, delivery hand tickets, and terminal interchanges uploaded by drivers. Contact drivers if documents are missing or incorrectly uploaded. Ensure all document verification is completed

daily for the current working shift

Additional Notes:

This role is part of the

Canada process

, so prior experience in

Canadian logistics/trucking operations

is essential. Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with drivers and dispatch teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
