Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Safety and Tracking Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining log books and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations in both America and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation safety protocols and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Log Book Maintenance

: Accurately record and update transportation logs. Ensure all entries comply with American and Canadian transportation regulations.

Safety Compliance

: Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards in transportation operations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

Data Analysis

: Analyze transportation data to identify trends, potential safety issues, and areas for improvement. Use data to recommend and implement safety enhancements.

Reporting

: Prepare detailed reports on transportation activities, safety incidents, and compliance status. Communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Coordination

: Collaborate with various departments and external agencies to ensure smooth and safe transportation operations. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to address any safety concerns.

Training

: Provide training and guidance to staff on proper log book maintenance and safety procedures. Develop and deliver safety training programs.

Qualifications

:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good understanding of transportation regulations in both America and Canada. Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
