About the Role



We are seeking a

Tracker Sales Manager

to drive customer engagement, technical value engineering, and project coordination for solar tracker systems. The role involves both sales and technical understanding of solar mounting structures.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Sales Support



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with EPCs, developers, and utilities. Meet prospective customers via email, phone, or in-person to understand project requirements. Explain technical and commercial benefits of Vortix trackers. Support sales leads in bids, proposals, and presentations. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and deliverables in CRM/task management tools.

2. Technical & Value Engineering



Review customer drawings, layouts, RFQs, and technical documents to identify value-engineering opportunities. Optimize layouts, grading plans, pile designs, module tables, DC routing, cable trays, and SCADA network layouts in coordination with engineering teams. Assess site topography, soil reports, wind loads, and design constraints for cost-effective tracker solutions. Identify technical risks, design gaps, and propose alternative solutions.

3. Project Coordination & Handover



Collaborate with design, supply chain, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery of technical submittals and BOQs. Manage core project documents: GA drawings, layout plans, tracker specifications, foundation designs, and pre-bid clarifications. Ensure final design, pricing, and documentation approvals before handover to operations. Support after-sales coordination during contract finalization if required. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

QualificationsEducation



B.E./B.Tech

in Mechanical / Electrical / Renewable Energy / Civil Engineering
(Required for technical understanding of solar projects & mounting systems)

Preferred:



MBA / PGDM

in Marketing, Sales, or Operations
(Beneficial for leadership, partnerships, and revenue responsibilities)

Industry Experience



Experience in the

solar

,

manufacturing

, or

service

industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ?13,473.51 - ?60,000.00 per month
