Job Summary
This role oversees operational risk management and regulatory compliance within SAP environments, ensuring robust security controls and governance processes. The individual drives continuous improvement in operational practices, aligns support delivery with client expectations, and empowers teams to deliver high-quality solutions in complex, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead operational risk management by implementing advanced SAP GRC tools and regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry and client-specific standards.
2. Oversee SAP Security operations, managing access controls and authorizations to safeguard sensitive business data and meet audit requirements.
3. Mentor and guide support teams in utilizing SAP GRC solutions for incident response, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring, ensuring consistent improvement in service delivery.
4. Drive process optimization projects using SAP Security and GRC analytics, introducing innovative solutions for enhanced information flow, reporting, and business continuity.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to interpret client requirements, translating them into actionable SAP GRC strategies and ensuring seamless operational execution.
6. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging SAP Security technologies and regulatory updates, fostering a culture of proactive risk mitigation.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Regulatory Compliance Management, Including Sox, Gdpr, And Other Relevant Frameworks.
2. Excellent Skills In Operational Risk Management, Process Optimization, And Incident Response Within Sap Landscapes.
3. Strong Leadership In Mentoring Teams On Sap Grc Best Practices And ComplianceDriven Operations.
4. Advanced Understanding Of Sap Authorization Concepts, Audit Controls, And Segregation Of Duties (Sod).
5. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
