Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  Will be responsible for execution of ballastless track laying of existing and upcoming track project of metro.
• 
  Planning & scheduling of laying Ballast Less tracks, Rear works, Distressing, AT Weld and AT weld of tracks, and turnout.
• 
  Monitoring, Coordinating & Controlling Site Execution team.
• 
  Inspecting the Flash Butt Welding of Rails to be executed as per Welding Parameters approved by RDSO.
• 
  Carrying out the Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (USFD) Testing and Dimensional Testing upon the Welded Rail Joints.
• 
  Executing the Ballast less Track Work as Per given Specifications & drawings.
• 
  Installation of Slab Track upon the HBL Layer in Metro Rail Depot.
• 
  Installation of Embedded Track & Column Track as per given Specifications & Drawings in Metro Rail Depot.
• 
  Installation of Turnouts in Depot as well as on Viaduct, as per given specifications and Drawings.
• 
  Get the Checking Done with Client for Horizontal & Vertical Alignment of Track (Track Parameters).
• 
  Executing the Rear Works, Grouting, De-Stressing, Alumino Thermic (AT) Welding & Final Parameters of the Track.
• 
  Executing the Concrete Casting of Ballast less Track Works with prior to Quality Assurance.
• 
  Taking Off Quantities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 
  BE/Diploma-Civil/Mechanical with minimum 4 to 10 yrs of experience including minimum 2 to 10 yrs in installation of ballastless track work in railway/metro projects.
• 
  Candidates working in elevated or formation work of metro projects need not to apply.
