Assist in supervising floor service during meal periods to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Greet guests, manage table assignments, and support reservation handling.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure service standards, sequence of service, and brand guidelines are consistently followed.
Support upselling and menu knowledge initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Support
Assist the Restaurant Captain in preparing the dining area before service (mise en place).
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
Monitor cleanliness, table settings, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
