Responsibilities: The Global Talent Mobility Services, HBS provides end to end services to Global Assignees such as Assignment Management, Vendor Coordination with Relocation Services/Tax Services/Healthcare etc, Payroll and Annual Increment related activities, Relationship Management with Assignee, HR and Total Rewards.
Major responsibilities of this position include is primarily on low complex work of GTMS such as domestic relocation administration, assignee and assignment related data validation and reporting, provide quality output of all activities performed, preparation of various letters or agreements in prescribed templates, some activities related to vendor coordination etc.
This role will be start point into GTMS and gives a potential learning opportunity to become GTMS SME. Qualifications:
