TQM/5S Implementation: - Implementation ofTQM/5S vehicles viz. Policy management, Daily Management, Cross Functional management and Employee engagement, Autonomous maintenance, etc. TQM/5SPromotional Activities: - BuildTQM/5S culture in the Unit - Conceptualize and organizeTQM/5S promotional at Unit - Support team during intra unitTQM/5S competitions (QCC, Kaizen, Improvement project, Quiz etc) - Participation at External forums and win at various levels i.e. QCFI, QC Chapter, CII & various national and state level competition on lean manufacturing Training & Capability Building - Training & capability sessions to unit employees including third party - Enhancing self-capability in terms of TQM/5Sconcepts Data Analysis & MIS - MIS Preparation - Coordination with Unit/CentralTQM/5S Team Exposure and expertise in area - Implementation of Lean manufacturing concept like OEE, OPE improvement - Working on implementation of improvement projects - Six Sigma project implementation We are one team, for maximum impact.
