Drive mid to large sized technical programs focused on improving software delivery, automation, and engineering efficiency.
Develop and manage program plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, Product & UX to align goals and deliverables.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
You will have experience leading medium to large projects and will have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies and the latest tech stack.
Work with Tech/Product/PMO/UX to define strategy and requirements, identifying and securing commitment from teams across the company for new initiatives, driving consensus on the technical approach, setting timelines, and leading cross-functional development teams from design through delivery.
Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic delivery goals into actionable technical solutions.
Advocate for best practices in software delivery and drive adoption of reusable, scalable solutions across the organization.
Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in technical program management, product ownership, or software engineering.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma) & AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT)
• Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery pipelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
