TPM & Pod Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery ofRaMPassessment pods, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality adherence. Drive stakeholder engagement with Google teams and cross-functional engineering groups. Plan, track, and manage assessment activities across cloud, network, security, and data domains. Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, communication cadence, and executive reporting. Ensure pod readiness, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across assessment cycles. Coordinate workload distribution andmaintainalignment with global pod leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in Cloud/GCP. Strong understanding of GCP architecture, networking, IAM, and application modernization. Proven experience leading multi-region technical teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
