Hiring for TPF Developer- Chennai
We are seeking a talented and experienced TPF Developer to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance applications on the IBM TPF / zTPF platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a real-time, high-throughput transaction processing environment and be comfortable working with legacy systems and modern enhancements.

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM TPF/zTPF environment.
Write efficient and optimized assembler or C/C++ code for real-time transaction systems.
Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues in a live TPF environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts) to ensure reliable and efficient system behavior.
Participate in performance tuning, optimization, and modernization of legacy systems.
Ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance standards.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2-6 years of hands-on experience in IBM TPF / zTPF development.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Assembler in TPF environments.
Understanding of TPFDF, file handling, real-time systems, and high-volume transaction processing.
Experience with mainframe debugging tools and performance analysis.
Ability to analyze core dumps and system traces for issue resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
