Prepare and verify insurance documentation including pre-auth forms, discharge summaries, medical reports, and invoices.
Ensure all documentation complies with insurance guidelines and is submitted in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the medical and billing team to prepare accurate estimates and final bills for insured and corporate patients.
Manage appointment coordination, insurance verification, and billing for corporate clients.
Maintain records and MIS reports for corporate patients and billing accounts.
Ensure smooth and professional service delivery to corporate patients.
Patient Support:
Provide clear guidance to patients and their families regarding insurance coverage, documentation requirements, and claim status.
Resolve patient queries related to insurance and billing with clarity and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
HSC / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Healthcare related field)
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in TPA/insurance coordination or hospital billing, preferably in an eye hospital or similar healthcare setup
Skills:
Strong understanding of TPA and Mediclaim processes
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good knowledge of hospital software systems and MS Office
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
