We are seeking an experienced

TPA Manager

to oversee all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and insurance-related operations within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end TPA and insurance claim processes (pre-authorization to final settlement) Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and internal departments Ensure timely submission and settlement of cashless and reimbursement claims Resolve claim discrepancies, denials, and escalations Maintain compliance Monitor daily MIS, outstanding claims, and aging reports Improve TPA turnaround time (TAT) and patient satisfaction Liaise with medical, billing, and finance teams

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as TPA Manager in a multi-specialty hospital Strong knowledge of insurance policies, TPAs, and hospital billing
