Position Overview:

We are looking for two motivated

TPA Executives / Insurance Coordinators

to join our administrative team. You will serve as the vital link between our hospital departments, patients, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), ensuring efficient and ethical processing of insurance documentation, pre-authorizations, and discharge settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and submit

pre-authorization

requests to insurance companies. Liaise with TPAs, patients, billing, and consultants for insurance approvals. Handle

claim settlement documentation

, follow-ups, and final bill clearance. Maintain accurate and

NABH-compliant insurance files

and registers. Generate

daily MIS reports

and reconcile TPA receivables. Attend meetings with TPA officials and update management on pending cases. Ensure patient satisfaction and transparency during the insurance process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (

Healthcare Administration preferred

).

1-3 years

of experience in hospital TPA coordination or health insurance. Familiarity with

HIS systems

,

Excel

, and insurance terminology.

Skills Required:

Strong communication (verbal & written) Negotiation & grievance handling Documentation accuracy and time management Knowledge of insurance processes and NABH documentation standards
