The TPA Executive supports insurance and cashless processes by coordinating with patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments to ensure timely approval, documentation, and claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify insurance documents from patients.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for cashless approvals.
Upload pre-authorization and claim documents on TPA portals.
Follow up for approval status and respond to queries.
Coordinate with billing, IPD, and medical records departments.
Assist in final bill submission and claim closure.
Maintain accurate records and tracking sheets.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of health insurance & cashless process
Good communication skills
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Ability to coordinate with patients and insurers
