Process and verify health insurance claims efficiently.
Coordinate with hospitals for cashless claim approvals.
Communicate with policyholders and insurance companies regarding claims and policy queries.
Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and rejections.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve claim-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Graduate.
Exp. of minimum 6 months.
Good communication skills required.
