Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

cashless authorization

,

claim intimation

, and

final settlement

processes. Coordinate with doctors, patients, and insurance representatives for

case handling

and

query resolution

. Review and verify patient documents, medical records, and discharge summaries for claim accuracy. Manage communication between hospital departments and TPA companies. Maintain detailed and up-to-date TPA records, billing information, and approvals. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance company requirements. Provide excellent service and support to patients regarding their insurance coverage and claims.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare, Commerce, or Management).

Experience:

2-4 years in hospital

TPA / billing / insurance desk

operations. Strong understanding of

medical terminology

and

treatment procedures

. Excellent communication, documentation, and query-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
