Maintain detailed and up-to-date TPA records, billing information, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance company requirements.
Provide excellent service and support to patients regarding their insurance coverage and claims.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare, Commerce, or Management).
Experience:
2-4 years in hospital
TPA / billing / insurance desk
operations.
Strong understanding of
medical terminology
and
treatment procedures
.
Excellent communication, documentation, and query-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
