This is a full-time on-site role for a TPA Executive located in Jalandhar. The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing third-party administration (TPA) processes, handling insurance claims, and coordinating between insurance companies, hospitals, and patients. The role includes verifying and processing insurance documents, addressing queries related to claims, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining relevant records. The role will also involve regular communication and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of claim issues.
Qualifications
Experience in managing TPA processes and handling insurance claims.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for TPA management
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
