Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all TPA (Third-Party Administrator) and insurance coordination activities.
Manage cashless authorization, approvals, and reimbursement processes.
Follow up with TPAs for approval and claim settlement status.
Maintain records of approvals, denials, and pending claims.
Liaisoning with insurance companies and TPA representatives for quick case resolution.
Prepare and submit pre-authorization, bills and claim documents accurately.
Handle queries from patients, TPAs, and internal teams
