Job Description

Claims Management:

TPAs handle the entire claims process, from receiving documents to verifying eligibility, assessing claims, and disbursing payments.

Network Management:

They establish and maintain a network of hospitals and healthcare providers for cashless treatments and discounted services.

Customer Support:

TPAs provide customer support through helplines and online portals to assist policyholders with queries, claims, and policy information.

Record Keeping:

They maintain records of claims history and other relevant data for insurance companies.

Cashless Hospitalization:

TPAs facilitate cashless treatments at network hospitals by verifying policy coverage and coordinating with the hospital.

Policyholder Support:

TPAs offer assistance with pre-authorization for treatments, explain policy terms, and provide guidance during hospitalization.

Document Verification:

They ensure accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by policyholders and hospitals.
In essence, a TPA's role is to streamline the insurance process for both the policyholder and the insurance company, ensuring efficient and effective management of health insurance benefits.
