to handle insurance and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related activities in our hospital. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of hospital billing processes, and the ability to counsel patients and their attendants regarding insurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all TPA and insurance-related documentation and coordination.
Verify patient insurance details and maintain pre-authorization records.
Coordinate for approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
Prepare and submit final bills to TPAs and follow up for timely payments.
Maintain proper TPA records and MIS reports.
Counsel patients and their relatives about insurance coverage, approval process, and required documents.
Assist patients in filling insurance forms and resolving related queries.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate.
1-3 years of experience in hospital billing / TPA preferred.
Freshers with knowledge of TPA and insurance process may also apply.
Skills Required:
Good communication and counselling skills.
Knowledge of hospital billing and TPA procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
