*Designation-Executive in CRM for Client Servicing

Job Location: Mumbai Location

Key Responsibilities:

1

. Handling queries from Employees from big corporate & closing the tickets and resolve the concern with coordination through emails and calls and handling walkin.

2..Coordination in department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Preauth and related functions & head office for any query or followups.

3.Coordination with Broker and corporate employees if required.

4.Handling claims and cashless settlement for corporate employees

Experience required:

Experience: 0-2

years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship

Qualification:

Graduation & Health insurance or TPA industry is mandatory

Good com skills & writing emails.

MS office knowledge is mandatory
