Handle TPA, Mediclaim, cashless, and insurance processes
Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and settlements
Manage documentation and patient billing
Ensure timely claim submission and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records; and possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
