Manage the entire health insurance claims process, from patient admission to discharge, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing for cashless and reimbursement facilities.
Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and insurance companies, coordinating with TPA portals and ensuring adherence to their guidelines and regulations.
Inform and counsel patients and their families about their insurance policies, the cashless facility process, and any required procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions, claims, and documents, often involving uploading patient files to TPA portals.
A Bachelor's degree in any field, though healthcare, insurance, or administration-related degrees are preferred.
Experience in TPA operations or the healthcare insurance sector is often required, with specific duration varying by role.
Proficiency with CRM software and TPA portals is essential for managing relationships and processing claims.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, hospital staff, and insurance providers.
