Facilitating communication between patients, hospitals, and insurance companies, resolving queries related to claims and insurance benefits.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and internal procedures.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of claims, patient information, and other relevant data.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding insurance and claims.
