Handle pre-authorization and cashless claims.
Submit required documents to the TPA or insurance company.
Follow up on pending claims and approvals.
Assist insured patients with claim forms and documents.
Explain insurance policies, limits, and exclusions to patients or their families.
Act as a point of contact between the hospital and insurance companies/TPAs.
Ensure timely communication with TPA representatives for smooth processing.
Maintain records of all insurance-related transactions and communications.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
Coordinate with the billing department for accurate generation of bills.
Track the status of claim reimbursements from insurance/TPA.
Ensure all TPA processes comply with hospital policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and submit reports on claim status, rejections, and settlements.
