The TPA Executive will be responsible for coordinating with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for employee health insurance matters, handling claims, policy administration, and ensuring smooth communication between employees, insurance providers, and TPAs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with TPAs for health insurance policy administration and claims processing
Assist employees in cashless and reimbursement medical claims
Collect, verify, and submit claim documents to TPAs within timelines
Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies for claim status and approvals
Maintain accurate records of claims, policies, and employee insurance data
Handle policy enrollment, deletions, and endorsements for employees
Resolve employee queries related to insurance coverage, claims, and benefits
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines
Prepare MIS reports related to claims, settlements, and policy utilization
Support HR team during policy renewal and employee onboarding
