The TPA Executive is responsible for coordinating with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), hospitals, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of medical insurance claims, approvals, and policy-related activities. The role requires strong communication, documentation handling, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with TPAs for cashless and reimbursement medical insurance claims
Process and track employee health insurance claims and approvals
Liaise with hospitals for admission intimation, pre-authorization, and discharge process
Verify and maintain claim-related documents and records
Follow up with TPAs on pending claims, queries, and settlements
Support employees in understanding insurance coverage, claim procedures, and policy benefits
Ensure timely resolution of claim discrepancies and escalations
Maintain MIS reports for claims, approvals, and settlements
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for insurance-related matters
