Graduate in any discipline (preferably with background in Healthcare / Insurance Management)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
TPA (Third Party Administrator) coordination
for cashless and reimbursement claims.
Process admission, discharge, and claim-related documentation in line with TPA requirements.
Liaise with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for claim approvals and settlements.
Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, rejections, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit periodic MIS/reports related to TPA operations.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational guidelines for claim processing.
Coordinate with the billing and finance departments to ensure timely payment realization.
Address and resolve queries from patients, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.
