Job Description

Walk in Interviews from 30/01/2025 to 03/01/2026 between 12pm to 4pm

Key responsibilities:



Patient & Insurance Coordination:

Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy details, and obtain pre-authorization for treatments.

Claim Processing:

Manage and submit cashless and reimbursement claims, following up with TPAs for approvals/rejections.

Documentation:

Ensure all medical and billing documents are accurate, complete, and submitted to the right departments/TPAs.

Patient Guidance:

Inform patients and families about coverage, procedures, and out-of-pocket expenses.

Internal Liaison:

Coordinate with hospital billing, finance, and medical teams for smooth operations.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports on claim status, TAT (Turnaround Time), and escalations.

Compliance:

Adhere to hospital SOPs and IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
