Key Responsibilities
Handle cashless hospitalization process
Process and follow up on pre-authorization requests
Manage insurance claims and documentation
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal departments
Assist patients with insurance-related queries
Maintain reports and records
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in hospital TPA/insurance desk
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
Understanding of mediclaim procedures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
