Position Overview:
We are looking for a
CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing Executive
with a solid background in
health insurance and claims handling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting corporate employees with claim-related queries, coordinating with internal claim units, and ensuring smooth claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a
CRM implant
for claim support at client (corporate) locations.
Resolve customer queries related to
policy coverage and claim processes.
Drive usage of the
claims application
for submission and tracking of claims.
Respond promptly to
employee calls and emails
as the designated SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
Collect, verify, and dispatch
claim documents
as per corporate requirements.
Coordinate with
ICICI Lombard's internal claim units
to ensure cashless and priority processing.
Stay updated with
health insurance regulations and policies
to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain
confidentiality
of sensitive data and adhere to all data protection standards.
Travel
twice a week
between assigned branches to resolve customer queries.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 1
years of experience
in the
health insurance industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of
health insurance and claims processes.
Excellent
communication skills
in English (mandatory).
Ability to handle customers professionally and multitask effectively.
Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Availability:
Must be open to travel between branches (twice weekly).
