& Responsibilities:
Act as CRM implant for
claim support
at client locations.
Resolve customer queries regarding
policy coverage and health claim processes
.
Facilitate claims app for
submission and tracking of claims
by employees.
Serve as the
direct SPOC
for assigned corporate clients, responding to calls and emails.
Collect and dispatch claim documents as per corporate requirements.
Coordinate with internal claims units to ensure
seamless cashless and priority processing
.
Stay up-to-date with
health insurance regulations and policies
to ensure accurate information.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to
data protection guidelines
.
Travel
twice a week
between branches to resolve customer queries.
Candidate Requirements:
1 years of experience
in the Health Insurance Industry.
Graduation in any discipline.
Good English communication skills
are compulsory.
