Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities



To interact with hospital insurance patients. Sending Pre-Authorization and getting approval for Cashless claims. Cross checking Packages or tariff before sending to Insurance Company or TPA. Educating patient about deduction on settlement. To create awareness about reimbursement claims. (Pre, Post & Hospitalization) Collecting claim support documents from the patients / hospitals & coordinate with back-end team to ensure smooth transfer of data to the TPA/Insurance company. Efficiently and effectively handle grievance / issue raised by hospital staff & patients, escalate issue to the team leader, as necessary. Follow-up and Updates to be given to the clients To manage the assigned the team of Insurance Claim Executives and Assistant Manager placed at the partner hospital

Qualifications & Skills.



Graduation / Post Graduation Should have good analytical skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Experience.



1+ years of experience in Hospital or Insurance or TPA or similar field
