Role: CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

Act as a

CRM implant

for claim support at client location. Resolve

customer queries

regarding policy coverage and health claim processes. Facilitate and

drive claims app usage

for submission and tracking of claims by employees. Handle

calls and emails

from employees as the direct

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

for allocated corporate clients.

Collect, verify, and dispatch

claim documents as per corporate requirements. Coordinate with

internal claims units (ICICI Lombard)

for seamless

cashless and priority processing.

Stay updated with

health insurance regulations and policies

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain

confidentiality of sensitive data

and adhere to data protection guidelines.

Travel twice a week

between branches to resolve customer queries.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in the

Health Insurance industry.

Qualification:

Graduate (any discipline).

Skills:

Strong

English communication skills

(mandatory). Good knowledge of

health insurance claim processes.

Ability to manage customer queries with professionalism.

Salary:

?18,000 - ?22,000 per month
