Cam Tools Industries Private Limited is hiring Toy Assembly Workers to support our toy manufacturing operations. The role involves assembling toy components, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble toy parts and sub-assemblies as per work instructions
Perform manual and semi-automatic assembly operations
Inspect assembled toys for defects, fit, and finish
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy
Safely use hand tools, fixtures, and basic machinery
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation
Follow all safety rules and company policies
Report defects, material shortages, or issues to the supervisor
Job Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years or above

Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail
Basic understanding of verbal or written instructions
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand and work for extended hours
Team-oriented attitude
Prior experience in toy assembly, plastic assembly, or light manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory
Qualifications:

Minimum: 8th / 10th pass (preferred, not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
