Job Title: Project Head - Execution

Role Overview
Della Townships is seeking an experienced Project Head - Execution to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale luxury township, infrastructure, and hospitality projects. The role requires strong expertise in construction execution, project delivery, quality control, and coordination across consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and premium project completion aligned with Della's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Execution

• Lead execution of township, infrastructure, and luxury hospitality projects from mobilization to handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive on-site execution strategies and construction methodologies.

2. Infrastructure & Civil Execution Management

• Oversee infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage, water systems, and site development.
• Ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with residential and hospitality components.

3. Luxury Real Estate & Hospitality Execution

• Execute high-end villas, apartments, hospitality units, and luxury amenities as per design intent.
• Maintain luxury finishing standards and execution precision.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Appoint, coordinate, and monitor contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.

5. Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare and monitor project execution schedules.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Report progress, risks, and milestones to management.

6. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement strict quality assurance and safety practices at site.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements.

7. Cost & Resource Optimization

• Optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure effective manpower, machinery, and material utilization.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, procurement, and design teams for smooth execution.
• Resolve site challenges proactively.

Job Expectations:
Skills Required:

• Proven experience in execution of luxury real estate, township, infrastructure, or hospitality projects.
• Strong site execution and project delivery expertise.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualification: Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering
Minimum Job Experience: 15+ years of project execution experience preferred. / Experience in luxury township or hospitality projects is highly desirable.
